Laser Hair Removal The LightSheer™ Diode Laser is a state-of-the-art system specifically designed to remove unwanted hair faster, with less discomfort, and more reliably than many other methods. This system of hair removal works by using a laser to emit a beam of highly concentrated light that is absorbed by the pigment located in hair follicles. The laser pulses just long enough to vaporize the pigment. This will disable several follicles at a time to eliminate or impede the hair’s regrowth. This does not damage the surrounding skin. The LightSheer’s™ special contact-cooling hand-piece protects and cools the upper layer of skin during each pulse.
